Information technology equipment - Radio disturbance characteristics - Limits and methods of measurement’
Scope:
Equipment whose primary function is either (or a combination of) data entry, storage, display, retrieval, transmission, processing, switching or control, and which may be equipped with one or more terminal ports typically operated for information transfer, and with a rated supply voltage not exceeding 600V.
-- Class A equipment is for use in other than Class B environments;
-- Class B equipment is suitable for use in domestic establishments
This standard is particularly widely reference by other product standards, outside its own scope.
Limits:
Class A (industrial) limits for conducted disturbances at the mains port
Class B (commercial) limits for conducted disturbances at the mains port
Class A (industrial) limits for radiated disturbances at a measuring distance of 10m
Class B (commercial) limits for radiated disturbances at a measuring distance of 10m
